After winning the pitch for Bakers dog food we set about making this old-fashioned brand more relevant to the modern world. Armed with the insight that dogs hate being left out of anything their owners are doing we created an entirely new method of shopping that allowed dogs to accompany owners and even pay for the goods via a unique contactless payment system that used dogs’ existing ID chips. The tech worked 100% and the dogs had a brilliant time.
